This new tool will help managers in all federal institutions determine the language designation of a position and choose the appropriate linguistic profile. The Language Profiler was originally developed by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and has now been Internet enabled by Publiservice, Public Works and Government Services Canada, making it available for all government organizations. This version serves government departments, agencies, boards, councils, commissions and other bodies identified in Schedules I, I.1 and II of the Financial Administration Act. Ce nouvel outil aide les gestionnaires dans toutes les institutions fédérales à déterminer l'identification des exigences linguistiques d'un poste et à choisir le profil linguistique approprié. Le Profileur linguistique a été, à l'origine, développé par la Société canadienne d'hypothèques et de logement et est maintenant exploitable sur Internet par l'entremise de Publiservice, Travaux publics et Services gouvernementaux Canada, et est disponible à tous les organismes du gouvernement. Cette version dessert les ministères du gouvernement, agences, comités, conseils, commissions et d'autres organismes identifiés dans les Parties I, I.1 et II de la Loi sur l'administration financière.
